This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, share, and protect information about you when you visit www.215prints.com (the "Site"), make a purchase, or otherwise interact with our services.
This policy also describes your privacy rights under applicable law, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), the California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA), and the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

We collect payment card information and billing details. We use this information solely to process your transactions and do not use it for inferential profiling or secondary purposes. You have the right to limit our use of sensitive personal information to what is necessary to fulfill your orders.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your privacy rights. We will not deny you goods or services, charge you different prices, or provide you with a lower quality of service because you exercised a right under this policy.

5. DATA RETENTION
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law. The following general retention periods apply:
- Order and transaction data: 7 years (for tax and accounting compliance)
- Account information: retained while your account is active, plus 2 years after account closure
- Marketing preferences and email lists: retained until you opt out or request deletion
- Website usage and analytics data: up to 26 months (per Google Analytics default retention)
- Customer support communications: up to 3 years
When personal information is no longer needed, we will securely delete or anonymize it.
